| Description: |
This unique piece has been set in a frame which we designed specially to display textiles. There is no glass so that you can see the the surface of the cloth without relfections, and it is mounted so that you can see the reverse side of the fabric through the back of the frame.
We estimate the age of this piece to be about 100 years old. It was created in Palembang (Southeast Sumatra) and reveals heavy Chinese influence.
